Advanced Laser Cutting for Dye Sublimation, printed fabrics and textiles
Equipped with state-of-the-art camera recognition, it is used to swiftly scan the material and automatically create the vectors for cutting. When the laser cut pieces exit the machine, they are perfectly and accurately cut according to the design each time.
With optional Vision Technology, it is able to scan the material on the cutting bed and creates a cut vector, and cut it out without any operator intervention.
Best quality sealed RF laser source is best for a high-volume production environment. together with stainless steel honeycomb vacuum conveyor, it is able to accurately feed and cut any length shape or nested design with unrivalled speed, all within a machine footprint of no more than 8sqm.

Productivity – Uniquely designed conveyor system for continuous production of roll materials as it automatically transports cut parts out of the machine. The conveyors are encoder driven and use endless wedge tooth belts for precise movement. Together with stainless steel honeycomb slats and anodised aluminium parts – that are corrosion resistant and with ensured longevity.
Usability – The intelligent camera system is able to recognise any deformations and immediately compensated in the cutting vendor.
Reliability – Summa Laser system used contactless cutting – Hence, there is no drag on the material or blades to change. Even with sensitive and easily distorted textiles, the cutter is able to handle it effortlessly with high precision.
Safety – All of the fumes are removed by the internal extraction system and cutting by laser means no dust fibres are produced, ensuring a clean work environment at all times. Summa’s L1810 cutting area is enclosed to meet the Class 1 Standard, ensuring the laser cutting source is covered during operation and paused when the cover is opened.
Efficiency – The laser system do not require and markers, thus, the cutting designs can be placed much closer to each other, ensuring maximum use of the material.
